Is your ED&I training driving real change or just ticking boxes?
Download our checklist to evaluate the true impact of your ED&I training. Designed for HR and inclusion leaders, this practical tool will help you identify strengths, spot gaps, and take meaningful steps toward a more inclusive workplace culture.
What is e-learning?
Simply put, e-learning is any learning delivered via electronic resources, as opposed to in-person.
Tell Jane’s e-learning products combine written content, videos, case studies and quizzes to create a baseline knowledge for your employees about the topics of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I). The content has been created by our diverse team of expert HR practitioners. It’s designed to help you put the fundamentals of ED& in place for your people, so you can build a workplace that is respectful of all backgrounds.
How does it work?
Tell Jane’s e-learning includes a three-part course focused on ED&I and a separate module focused specifically on sexual harassment, which can either be purchased as a stand-alone course or as an additional fourth module.
Each module has been designed to be accessed by one learner at a time and takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.

What are the learning outcomes?
After completing Tell Jane’s e-learning, employees can expect:

To understand what ED&I means.

To have a greater awareness of how ED&I issues show up in the workplace.

To be more aware of their responsibilities at work.

To have access to new tools that will help them speak out if issues arise.
When and how might you use e-learning?
Our e-learning course has been designed for employees at any organisational level, but it can be particularly useful:
- During the onboarding process for new employees
- As refresher training
- If you don’t have the budget or time for full training
Bespoke HR coaching is invaluable, but not every organisation can accommodate this. E-learning is a great option for those who want to experience ED&I training and see how it could benefit their business.
If you already have a Learning Management System (LMS), you’ll be provided with our e-learning SCORM file. If you don’t have an LMS, your employees will be able to access modules via this website.
